Shipping & Returns
Shipping fees are based on the merchandise dollar total of your order and the fee schedule listed here. There is no sales tax added to orders being shipped outside of Virginia Ground Delivery to the U.S. 48 contiguous states only at this time. We hope to add additional shipping areas. When to expect delivery: We require a street address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box OUT OF STOCK ITEMS RETURNING MERCHANDISE PRODUCTS RETURNED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR IN USED CONDITION

Depending upon your location, most orders should be received within 2 - 14 days. This time frame may vary during peak shipping times (Christmas).
From time to time, it is unavoidable, stock shortages will occur. We apologize should any ordered items be out-of-stock. When the item arrives in our warehouse it will be shipped to you immediately by best method (usually FedEx ground shipping) and you will not pay any additional shipping fees.
To avoid returns we suggest you ask about any product of which you are unsure. Our Pet Professionals will be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you are not satisfied with any unused product, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date providing:
1. The item has not been used.
2. The item is in its original display package, which must also be in new condition.
3. All parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, etc. are enclosed.
We sell only new merchandise and would be unable to sell used or incomplete items. We are also unable to accept returns on items listed as "clearance".
You must have a "Return Authorization Number" RTN from a Customer Service Representative, email us thorough the contact us page to get a RTN before sending any merchandise back to us. All returns must also be accompanied by a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. We are not responsible for return postage costs.
